This programme is divided into level 1 & level 2 classes. Beginners will start in level 1 and upon achieving yellow belt students move to level 2.
Karate is taught on the basic principles of Kata (forms), Kihon (basic techniques) and Kumite (sparring) each lesson. Each of these is vital to the overall learning and progression of the student.
